Anastasia has also launched The Prenatal Classroom which offers group and private classes for expectant parents to teach them the knowledge they need to approach parenthood with confidence.  Her team offers prenatal as well as postnatal support.

The course was put together based on Anastasia’s medical knowledge (she also holds a diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology), her own experiences as a mother with additional input from experts in obstetrics, nutrition, breastfeeding, baby care, physiotherapy and psychological well-being of pregnant women.

Classes are held at My Healthcare Clinic in Battersea Reach, www.MyHealthcareClinic.com. They are relaxed and informal but have a clear format and come with the support of a team of specialists throughout the 5 week course.
