Harrods have recently unveiled their new Baby Layette nursery furniture and prams department, and I went to the launch to check it out.

The beautiful new space is on the 4th floor in children’s wear and literally has everything under one roof. They still have all of the much loved baby brands like Kissy Kissy, Tartine et Chocolat, Babyzen and Silvercross; and I loved seeing the new launches from My First Years, who were busy personalising mini Christmas sacs.

The space is seriously luxurious, with its gorgeous grey carpets, velvet sofas and brass fixtures. They even commissioned children’s illustrator Katy Frost to paint beautiful woodland animals. There’s also a lovely new feeding and changing room! But what I’m probably most excited about is their new bespoke hamper service. There is no minimum spend and you can create your own dream hamper with the help of one of their dedicated staff within minutes.

A few months ago Harrods asked me to curate a Limited Edition unisex hamper, which I was so excited to see today. It’s is filled with Marie-Chantal, Kiehl’s, aden & anais, and of course a super soft Harrods baby grow.

Harrods have really nailed this department, and I can’t think of one thing that had been left of the list. I know where I’ll be shopping this Christmas!
