Quinoa – this fail proof recipe for this superfood!

  • 1 cup quinoa – cooked in orange juice1 cup red rice – cooked in veggie stock (high quality store one like marigold)
  • 1 large onion – sautéed in olive oil till golden brown
  • 1/2 cup of pine nuts – toasted
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Combine all the ingredients, serve and enjoy!
