3 Things We Can Learn From NYFW

With London Fashion Week commencing today, we thought we would go through the highlights of  SS18 NYFW (held a week prior to ours) and the key trends we can take from. Although the fashion world set their trends very early, there is no reason we can’t take note and prepare for next spring/summer! (this does sound a little crazy as I am currently planning my winter wardrobe!). Prepare for sparkle, soft pastels and clean whites!

Trend 1: Sparkle, Sparkle, Sparkle!

Next spring sees us getting some soft glam on with beautifully sequinned pieces. Designers such as Norma Kamali and Tory Burch embellished their designs with some low-key shine.

Trend 2: Lavender lovelies!

Embracing femininity seems to be a strong theme when looking at next SS18 trends. Designers such as Tom Ford and Victoria Beckham are showing shades of lavender and lilac into their lines to welcome spring with a burst of fresh energy.
