Now that the holiday celebrations are over, it’s time to return to a more balanced lifestyle. Starting with small smarter choices, you’ll ease your family out of the holiday habits in no time. Here are a few ideas to help your family make the transition from common holiday habits to a healthy, yet fun and tasteful ways of eating.

1. Toss out the high calorie leftovers. Sorry to see them go, but I bet you enjoyed enough already and they will always be back next year!
