The idea of a smoothie bowl is that it’s thicker than a smoothie, therefore more substantial, so it’s served in a bowl and eaten with a spoon.
- 150 ml of coco water
- one avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of blueberries
- 1 scoop of chia seeds
- 1 scoop of golden linseeds
- and 2 headed scoops of My Baba and Zita West’s Rainbow Berry Burst vitamins for kids
