Belen is the Author of the award winning book 'How to Thrive by Building Resilience', and founder of 3VERS, a resilience advisory firm that helps executives, professional sports teams and educational institutions & families to develop resilience, through advisory work, workshops and coaching.
Prior to Belen spent years building and leading high-performance teams in organisations such as JP Morgan, Accenture, and CEB (Now Gartner); as well as, assessing, placing and developing CEOs in the world’s leading companies while she worked at Egon Zehnder, and later headed up Global Human Resources for George Soros’ Philanthropy, Open Society Foundations.
Through her professional experience and upbringing - she lived in 21 different cities by the age of 23, and lost both her parents to cancer at key stages of her life - she has developed and codified a process to build resilience in the best and worst of times. She has BA, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, and MBA from INSEAD and an MS from the LSE, is a member of the British Psychological Association and a Certified Yoga Teacher. She speaks Italian, Spanish, English and French, is a mother of two and lives between London & Menorca.
