Dr Nihara Krause is an award-winning Consultant Clinical Psychologist, lecturer, speaker, CEO of stem4. She has developed a wellbeing programme and a digital mental health literacy programme for schools and written numerous resources on mental health including coping with the pandemic, translated into seven languages.
Her clinical specialisms include eating disorders, trauma, self-harm, clinical perfectionism, postnatal mood disorders. She is the clinical creator of four, evidence-based mental health Apps, a member of the BPS expert group advising on policy, has been mentor to the Youth Health Parliament, contributed to a House of Lords enquiry on cyberbullying. She has created an anxiety management video for people experiencing vaccination fear, available in several centres. Nihara contributes regularly to TV, radio and the media.
