Georgie is a trained chef (from Leith’s School of Food and Wine) and has taught there for over 12 years
She now runs successful workshops from her home in Hampshire on health and wellness and ways to reconnect with your nervous system (www.littleploughkitchen.com) – she is passionate about raising awareness about being Highly Sensitive and how food can be used to heal.
She has worked with many nutritional therapists over the past decade creating workshops and co-writing (often with her close friend Jo Saunders - part of the Naturedoc group) for magazines and broadsheets on ways to use food to heal, often dedicated to sharing valuable information and recipes to time poor mothers, making nutritionally dense food more accessible. She has also worked with many celebrated chefs over the years as well working as a cookery teacher for James Martins Cookery School in Chewton Glen and also training up chefs at the incredible Shaki Himalayas (part of the Relais and Chateux group). Asides from this she has also won awards in the “taste awards” for her recipes.
She is a fully qualified yoga teacher and reiki practitioner and has three wonderful children and an incredibly devoted (and patient) husband.
