After spending 5 fantastic years in Australia and completing my studies in Nutrition and Natural therapies I decided it was time to return back to London. Deciding to return closer to home I waved good bye to sunshine filled skies and sandy beaches. I settled back into the buzz of London, working as a Nutritionist in one of London's leading Health stores, and also met the love of my life. I continued my education completing further studies in Fitness and Personal Training with some of London’s leading fitness Educators.
My personal direction took a u-turn in 2009 and continued until 2015 with numerous miscarriages – which is where my interest turned to Women’s Health, in particular stress, fertility, and more functional approaches to exercise. In other words, exercise and Nutrition to heal and repair. I continued my studies in Fertility and Pregnancy & Pre & Postnatal studies, with some of the leading UK Women’s Health Educators.
I have worked with a number of companies bringing Nutrition workshops to the workplace educating employees on eating well for work to sustain better energy and concentration. I have also delivered fitness and Nutrition workshops to teenagers for the Prince's Trust educating them on the importance of Nutrition and exercise. At Hyde Park and Marble Arch I run a number of Pre and postnatal indoor and outdoor fitness classes in Hyde Park and Marble Arch including Buggy movers for mum and baby, and coming this summer women's only boot-camps for women looking to move onto the next level. I work with a wide range of different women on a 1-1 basis helping them achieve their goals through personalized fitness programmes and Nutrition plans.
My story does have a happy ending. I say with the biggest smile on my face that I am now a happy busy Mama of 2 beautiful kiddies. Through my programme and experiences, I’m dedicated to now helping other Women on their Health and Fitness journeys. Our bodies change through life experiences and age but my plans build a stronger Body and Soul from within. Focusing on nourishing the body and soul through healthy eating and fitness programmes that focus on your goals not everyone else will lead to a healthier stronger you.
