Tara has a passion for teaching yoga to pregnant women, and has guided thousands of women over the last 15 years to help prepare them for birth and motherhood.
Tara decided to create a yoga DVD while pregnant with her first child to share her tips for women who could not make it to her classes. Tara teaches yoga classes weekly at The Life Centre, via zoom and on yoga teacher training courses.
She is the author of a book on Pregnancy yoga and has created 10 yoga DVDs which are frequently featured on Amazon’s bestselling list. Tara has also designed an award winning extra thick yoga mat called ’the Bump Mat’ for anyone wanting more support for their yoga practice. Tara is currently studying nutrition to complement her yoga teaching. She is a registered senior teacher on the board of Yoga Alliance UK, is a qualified Shiatsu practitioner and a trained Doula.
