What you will need for this creamy, gentle smoothie:

Makes two generous glasses

  • 125g / 1 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 2 small bananas
  • 200ml / 1 cup of plain half fat organic yogurt
  • 200ml / 1 cup fresh apple juice
  • 5 ice cubes

How to make it:

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and whizz it up until smooth. I would recommend chopping the bananas up into smaller pieces beforehand. Serve and rinks immediately as this smoothie works best when chilled.
