Black Forest Muffins Recipe

Just combine Ta-Da! Dark Cherry Fruit Filling with Ta-Da! Chocolate Cake Mix to bake up a batch of these rich, fluffy, indulgent muffins. They’re so easy to make, and even easier to eat!

Total prep and bake time required: 40 Mins

Recipe ingredients

  • 500g pack Ta-Da! Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 240ml water
  • 135ml vegetable oil
  • 400g Ta-Da! Dark Cherry Fruit Filling.

Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring jug
  • 12 tulip muffin cases
  • Preheated oven to 180°C, gas mark 4

Recipe method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4
  2. Line a 12 hole muffin tin with 12 tulip muffin cases
  3. Place the cake mix in a large bowl and mix in 240ml water and the oil to form a smooth batter
  4. Divide half the mix between the muffin cases
  5. Spoon over 200g dark cherry filling then top with the remaining cake mix
  6. Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool
  7. Spoon over the remaining dark cherry filling to serve

Blueberry & Vanilla Traybake Recipe

Simply combine Ta-Da! Vanilla Cake Mix with Ta-Da! Wild Blueberry Filling to create this moist, fluffy delicious traybake. Packed full of whole fruit pieces, this recipe is the ultimate lunchtime treat.

Total prep and bake time required: 45 Mins

Recipe ingredients

• 500g pack Ta-Da! Vanilla Cake Mix
• 240ml water
• 135ml vegetable oil
• 200g Ta-Da! Wild Blueberry Fruit Filling.

Equipment

• 1 Large mixing bowl
• Measuring jug
• Preheated oven to 180°C, gas mark 4
• 22 x 24cm cake tin.

Recipe method

• Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4
• Grease and base line a 22x24cm cake tin
• Place the cake mix in a large bowl and mix in the water and the oil to form a smooth batter
• Pour into the prepared tin and dot a spoon full of the blueberry filling and swirl with the tip of a sharp knife
• Bake for 25-30 minutes
• Allow to cool before up turning out of the tin and cut into 12 squares to serve.

Soft White Bread Rolls

Planning a picnic? Then Ta-Da! Soft White Bread Mix creates 12 wholesome bread rolls –meaning you’ll have plenty to go around. All you need to do next is choose your filling.

Total prep and bake time required: 25 Mins

Recipe ingredients

  • 500g pack Ta-Da! White Bread Mix
  • 250ml water

Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • Baking tray
  • Measuring jug
  • Preheated oven to 230 C, gas mark 8

Recipe method

  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C or gas mark 8
  2. Add the Soft White Bread Mix to a bowl and add the water
  3. Knead by hand or mix using a dough hook, until a smooth dough is formed
  4. Divide into 60g pieces and knead into roll shapes
  5. Cover with cling film and leave to rest until the dough doubles in size
  6. Place the dough onto a greased baking tray
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes

Pizza Base Recipe

In need of a weekend treat? Make four pizza bases with this simple Pizza Base Mix, all you need to do is add water, and your favourite toppings!

Total prep and bake time required: 25 Mins

Recipe ingredients

  • 500g pack Ta-Da! Pizza Base Mix
  • 300ml water

Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring jug
  • Preheat oven to 230°C, gas mark 8

Recipe method

  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C or gas mark 8
  2. Add the Pizza Base Mix to a bowl and add the water
  3. Knead by hand or using a dough hook, until a smooth dough is formed
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces
  5. Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 10 minutes
  6. Roll into 9" round pizza shape
  7. Top with tomato and cheese and add your favourite pizza toppings
  8. Bake for 9-12 minutes

Rocky Road Brownies

Just when you thought brownies couldn’t get any yummier, then there were rocky road brownies! Soft, chocolaty and chewy – what a treat!

Total prep and bake time required: 30 Mins

Recipe ingredients

  • 500g pack Ta-Da! Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • 140ml water
  • 60g plain chocolate, melted
  • 75g glace cherries, chopped
  • 150g butter, softened
  • 3 digestive biscuits, broken into small pieces
  • 50g raisins

Equipment Needed

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring jug
  • Greased and lined 22cm square tin
  • Preheated oven to 180°C, gas mark 4

Recipe method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C gas mark 4
  2. Grease and line a 22cm square tin
  3. Place the brownie mix in a bowl. Stir in 140ml water and the melted chocolate and mix for 1-2 minutes. Mix in ¾ of the cherries, marshmallows, biscuits and raisins and spoon into the prepared tin
  4. Sprinkle over the remaining cherry mixture
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, allow to cool before removing from the tin and cutting into 9 squares
