The list of most popular baby names for 2018 is yet to be announced, but here’s a look at expected name trends for 2018.
Space names, including Luna, Stella, and Nova are expected to be popular in 2018. Gender crossover names, such as Teddy, Noel, and Aubrey will be chosen a lot more. Also, ‘bad boy’ names like Ronnie, Reggie and Kato are also rising in popularity. Read the full list here.
The most disliked names are those with double-barrels (for example Tyler-Joe), those with unusual spellings, and those named after sports teams.
Families who give their children names with the same letter has also fallen out of fashion.
