Get Baby-Ready With Mokee

I was excited to take a closer look at baby furniture company Mokee and their collection of nursery essentials. There are many purchases to take into consideration when you’re expecting, it can be an overwhelming experience. Mokee aims to help parents create a stylish nursery at an affordable price with a focused collection of quality products.

A stylish, but minimalistic must-have range

Mokee have been refreshingly minimalistic in terms of their product offering. They’ve turned their expertise to bedding and sleeping solutions, storage, feeding, nursing and playtime. What’s more, there are a range of nursery bundles available once you’ve decided on what you need.

Mokee’s products are available directly from a manufacturer, enabling them to keep costs down and transfer savings to the products you purchase. Products are shipped from Europe and Mokee are aiming to reduce delivery times down to just a week by March.

The Mokee Mini Cot

Our review centres on the gorgeous Mokee Mini Cot.

The Mini Cot is a sturdy but compact and lightweight sleeping solution that grows with your baby.

Quick to assemble

The compact Mokee Mini Cot is available in six gorgeous colours. Made from high quality solid beech wood and eco-friendly water-based paint, the cot comes with a range of nifty accessories. What’s music to the ears of parents all over the land, is that it’s extremely easy and quick to assemble.

Portable with extra storage

If you’re looking for a portable sleeping solution, you can buy castors for the legs to make it even easier to manoeuvre. Extra storage is available, with an add-on under-cot drawer, which will always come in handy. I think the drawer looks pretty slick too – it’s sturdy so you can fit a good deal of baby paraphernalia inside.

Newborn to 3 years

The Mini Cot is incredibly versatile with up to seven mattress base positions, suitable for newborns up to three years of age. The cot has one removable side allowing it to be converted into a toddler-sized bed.

Safety first

The cot is compliant with British safety standard BS EN-716, offering enough depth to prevent baby from climbing out. The design includes a safe distance of no more than 65mm between slats, so there’s never a chance of baby’s head getting trapped.

Accessories

You can opt for a natural or foam filled mattress for the cot bed, and there’s also a choice between two changing mats that secure safely on top of the cot for ease.

Conclusion

The Mokee Mini Cot is a fantastic space saving option; it’s a product that offers longevity and excellent value for money. Its nifty accessories are definitely there to make life easier. The cot in Dusty Aqua is my personal favourite – especially if you’re not going to find out the gender of your baby until he/she arrives.

If you’re looking to make smart choices when it comes to putting together your baby’s nursery, I would definitely recommend checking out Mokee’s line of essential products.
