This is so much fun, they literally took seconds to make, and also cleverly used up half of the left over fruit in my fridge!

Peel and chop a few carrots, spoon a bit of hummus on top, and then be creative with the eyeball! I used a selection of grapes, blueberries and blackberries.

Another healthy option… The verdict was mixed, with half the children loving them and the other half spitting them out!
