Ingredients
- 3 tbl coconut oil
- 85g coconut palm sugar
- 140g honey
- 2 eggs
- 225g wholegrain spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking flour
- 3 t/l water
Method
- Mix oil, coconut sugar, honey and water (may need more or less water depending on how runny the honey is) in a pan over low heat to melt all together.
- Cool mixture and add eggs.
- Fold in flour carefully not to lose air in mixture.
- Lastly, add baking powder.
- 45 min at 150/160
