Goji Berries 

Nicknamed the longevity fruit, they are anti-aging and immune enhancing. They harmonise and increase the jing energy of the adrenals and kidneys, resulting in stamina, strength, longevity and sexual energy.

Chia Seeds

A gelatinous seed once used by the Aztecs and the Mayans for endurance and energy. Chia seeds add bulk and displace calories and fat when mixed with food, making it an excellent food for weight loss. I put it in my porridge.

It is the highest vegetarians source of EFAs and provides lasting energy as it slows the conversion of carbohydrates into sugar, lowering blood sugar levels. Best used when soaked in water for 10 mins (1 part chia seed to 7 parts water). When doing so, it becomes extremely hydrating for the body.

Camu Camu – I do I do!

Camu Camu is an Amazonian berry high in antioxidants, minerals and amino acids. It is the richest natural source of vitamin C. Its anti viral and immune boosting properties make it the best dietary supplement for cold and flu season. Again, put in your morning smoothie or mix it with a bit of honey for a drink.
