The Daylesford Organic in Notting Hill is awash with seasonal ‘Eat to Be Healthy’ foods, and I was lucky enough to catch up with Jollan, one of the incredible chefs there. He gave me five minutes of his time to discuss some quick and easy seasonal, healthy recipe ideas including easy snacks for after school, and even pizza bases and vegetable lasagnes.
