Serves 2


  • 4 figs
  • 50g chia seeds
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg


  1. Halve the figs and arrange on 2 plates.
  2. Mix the chia seeds and sunflower seeds together, using the agave syrup to bind them. Spread the seed mixture over the fig halves and dust with nutmeg.

*top tip

Chia seeds are a nutrient-dense source of protein and essential fatty acids. Scatter them over muesli, salads, stir-fries and puddings and whatever else takes your fancy.
