- 4 figs
- 50g chia seeds
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- Halve the figs and arrange on 2 plates.
- Mix the chia seeds and sunflower seeds together, using the agave syrup to bind them. Spread the seed mixture over the fig halves and dust with nutmeg.
Chia seeds are a nutrient-dense source of protein and essential fatty acids. Scatter them over muesli, salads, stir-fries and puddings and whatever else takes your fancy.
