Jane Clarke, BSc (Honors) SRD is Britain’s most trusted Nutritionist/Dietitian and a trained Cordon Bleu whose belief is grounded in the simple statement that “food nourishes your life, not just your body”.
Jane’s mission is to change people’s lives through the power of nourishment and she pursues this ambition though her extensive writing, media appearances, charity work and private practice, which she has run in central London for over 20 years.
A regular contributor to a wide range of media including The Times, The Observer (where she was nominated for the Columnist of the Year at the British Press Awards), The Daily Mail-to whom she was their health and food columnist for 3½ years) and Radio 4, as well as other TV and radio news debates. Jane is one of Europe’s most influential nutritional health experts.
Jane continues to spearhead highly successful practices in London( both in Notting Hill and a specialist Oncology practice in Harley Street) as well as in Leicester, advising some of Britain’s leading sports, music and media personalities including David Beckham and his team at the David Beckham Football Academy, as well as young children, from fussy eaters to those suffering health problems such as Diabetes, IBS, Cystic fibrosis or Cancer, and the elderly with nutrition-related health issues such as Dementia, Osteoporosis and Malnutrition. Her aim with all her patients, be this young or old, is to enable them to believe and to experience through recipes and turning the way they shop, cook, eat and above all the way they perceive the potential and real power of being nourished.
Jane was the consultant nutritionist working alongside Jamie Oliver on his groundbreaking series, ‘Jamie’s School Dinners’ and co presented ‘Eat to Save Your Life’ with Jamie.
Her series of Jane Clarke’s Bodyfoods books have all become bestsellers and include Bodyfoods for Life, Bodyfoods for Busy People and the Bodyfoods Cookbook. Yummy Baby – A definitive guide for parents, and, Yummy! – A children’s Nutritional Guide, were published to great excitement, with the foreword written by celebrity mum, Jools Oliver – Jamie’s wife.

Jane lives between London and the glorious countryside of Rutland with her beautiful 10-year old daughter, Maya.
