I couldn’t believe how simple this recipe was.

Use one egg for every 100 grams of flour. You can use white flour 00, or try it out with different types.


Put the flour in a glass bowl and add the egg.

Work into a dough and keep kneeding for as long as you can, before rolling to your desired thickness.

We made all sorts of pasta, from guitar spaghettit to ravilo and little butterflies. It doesn’t matter what you do, just make sure the children have fun!

The pasta was quite quick to cook, depending on thickness.
