We’ve scoured the internet to bring you our top toy predictions for Christmas 2022. We’ve seen what’s hot at Hamley’s, Smyths, John Lewis and more, and pulled together our very own cream of the crop so you can get your Christmas shopping done early.

Nuna, a global leader in premium baby gear, has collaborated with Italian Fashion Designer, Influencer, Stylist, and Entrepreneur, Georgette Polizzi to design a limited-edition rainbow splash collection which will be available from 1st November 2022 exclusively at Harrods.
While waiting for the arrival of her daughter Sole, Georgette, owner of the successful clothing brand Georgettepol, developed the desire to create something unique for her baby. This is how the inspiration behind this colourful collection came to life. Georgette designed the rainbow print to give a baby’s world something new, creative, and unique – “I want to create a world of colours, but not just any colours, the colours of the rainbow”. For Georgette, colour generates positivity and happiness so it was important that this was the focus of her design.
Attention to detail was important for both Nuna and Georgette – the design was crafted using a combination of both print and embroidered rainbow splashes, and woven fabric with luxe textures was used to highlight Georgette’s stylish and modern design. The travel system’s tasteful details like the zipper and leather trim were intentionally kept subtle to let the colours of the collection shine through. Each product in the collection is also detailed with Georgette Polizzi’s embroidered signature.

Off the back of National Recycling Week, Hollyoaks star and celebrity mum Jennifer Metcalfe is joining UK parents in voicing concerns over the UK’s lack of sustainable toys, after new research from Vivid Goliath Group’s Recyclings rage revealed that more than two-thirds (69%) of toy-buying parents admitted that they are concerned* about plastic waste from playtime.

With not one UK river in an overall state of ‘good’ health it’s never been more important to monitor the UK’s waterways. Planet Patrol, the environmental non-profit dedicated to tackling the pressing threats of pollution, has launched the UK’s first-ever Autumn Water Watch – a citizen science survey to help assess the health and quality of our freshwater environments and determine what needs to be done to urgently tackle the UK’s water quality crisis.
Autumn Water Watch will run from Friday 14 October until Sunday 16 October 2022 and calls on people up and down the UK to spend just 15 minutes observing their local waters.
How to Get Involved:
Head down to your local waterway between 14th, 15th and 16th October 2022. It can be a river, canal, stream or lake – any freshwater environment. Spend up to 15 minutes completing the Autumn Water survey in the free Planet Patrol app recording indicators like signs of pollution, wildlife sightings and recent rainfall. For those without access to the app, an online form is available via the Planet Patrol website.

Hesitant guests will join the gallery of the derelict 50 Berkeley Square attic, surrounded by old boxes, unused children’s toys, a creaking rocking horse and dusty sheets sweeping the room as the wind whistles through. They will be greeted by a flickering projector that will bring the terrifying tales of the house back to life, whether they want to see them or not.
Known as the Home of Halloween, the London Dungeon is a place not to be missed this spooky season.
