When the sun is shining in London, nothing can beat a picnic in the park. For something a bit different I love the Chelsea Physic Garden for its weird and wonderful plants. They also have a great little cafe.

When it’s raining the kids love to go to the Science Museum, which is free and very central. You can spend days getting lost in this museum, and they have a fantastic soft play area in the basement.

For family friendly restaurants, I’m nuts Marine Ices in North London, for pizza and ice cream and for something naughty on the weekend, I love Byron Burgers for their mini burgers and Oreo milkshakes.

I spend quite a lot of time in the countryside and we can often be found hanging out at Daylesford Organic Farmshop in the Cotswolds, with everything from health and beauty to fashion, flowers and food, there really is something for everyone. They’ve also just started doing beautiful holiday lets, for small families.

My children are crazy about Cotsworld Farm Park, where you can feed the animals, drive mini electric tractors, and bounce on a ginormous inflatable pillow. I hope you enjoy these places as much as we do.
