This snack is so simple and it’s a really fun way to get your children to eat their 5-a-day.
Fill a little bowl with hummus.
Cut a trio of peppers into a ring and then in half. Pop the arches into the hummus to create a rainbow effect.
Pop two florets of cauliflower at each end of the rainbow to make the ‘clouds’.
Put the bowl on a massive plate or board, and then add any other veggies you have in the fridge.
My daughter nicknamed this the ‘My Little Pony Hummus’.
