I am always on the look out for new and exciting places to take my charges for our “cookie adventures”, so when the Little London book arrived on the door it seemed too perfect an opportunity to pass up the chance to read it.

This book tells you about the fun FREE activites that are on month by month, in a way it is just like Time Out but in my opinion better presented. It is full of ideas for days out ranging from the ones everyone has heard of like (such as The Science Museum) to really wacky ones – did you know they have the annual Oxford and Cambridge Goat race at Spitalfields Farm or that in Trafalgar Square they have a national pillow fight (5th April). The good thing about this book is that unlike Time Out they don’t put any dates on the events, just the websites, so the book won’t need to be replaced every year.

I have certainly stocked up on ideas of where to go, the only problem now is which one to do first.
