Take an orange and slice it from top to bottom.
Take one half and place a spoon between the skin and the orange segments. Prise them apart making sure not to split the orange skin.
You can use the orange segments for anything you wish.
Make up jelly as normal or as per the instructions found on the back of the packet. While the jelly is cooling, place the half orange skin into egg cups .. This will keep them steady.
Pour your jelly mixture in and place in fridge to set.
One the jelly is wobbly, remove it from fridge, slice in half and serve.
You can have fun with them by using a lemon or a lime, using different colour jellies or adding additional fruit to them.
