Ruth shares her concept of ‘three pillars’, Safety, Sleep and Encouragement, which are so important for children of all ages, especially when it comes to child anxiety. Discussion centres around how child anxiety can impact the body and how our children will inevitably grow with it. Ruth leaves us with a tool kit for reducing anxious feelings in children, as well as bedtime tips for mums and dads.
