The baby monitor is a stylish piece of kit that would complement any interior. I love the removable super-cute accessories in the form of ears or antlers. Within the box, there’s everything you need to get started, with screws for easy installation of the wall mount. We tend to pop our baby monitor on the chest of drawers opposite my son’s bed. With the 3000 mAh battery, the Vacos baby monitor offers excellent portability; you can leave the camera there for eight hours before it needs a recharge, so you’re wire-free in baby’s room.

All-angle coverage

What I’m most impressed about is the camera’s ability to pan right around the room, and how much you can see, which is down to the size of the monitor. The large 5 inch LCD monitor offers a crisp live stream from the 720p camera for the ultimate peace of mind. Its remote 355° pan and 55° tilt are controlled remotely via the monitor and lets you enjoy a clear view of every part of your baby’s room. There’s also a 1.5x/2x digital zoom, to allow you to focus in closely on your baby should you need to. Night Vision Boost offers clear footage in the darkness so you can enjoy complete reassurance, whatever time of day or night.

Sound and audio events

The monitor can detect and alert you to any motion event, and its voice detection will also let you know when your child is crying. The camera’s in-built thermometre allows you to ensure the room is kept at the optimum temperature for your child.

As you’d expect from a monitor, the Vacos’s two-way audio means you can talk to your baba in real-time. There are five charming lullabies to choose from to lull your baby back to sleep, but interestingly, as yet, there’s no option for white noise.

Up to 256 GB TF Card Storage

The Vacos Baby Monitor has a built-in TF card slot, so you can insert memory cards up to 256 GB into the LCD monitor to record the videos for later playback.

All motion events are cleverly saved to the TF card locally without monthly cloud storage or monitoring fees.

Link up to 4 cameras to the monitor

You can now monitor multiple rooms with just this one monitor, as the 5” LCD monitor can pair up to four cameras simultaneously. You can keep a close eye on your baby’s room, the nursery and the living room with just one device. What could be easier? Now all that’s left to do is enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
