With Meat Free Week in full swing, I’ve been researching dozens of meat-free recipes that are suitable for the whole family. To inspire me I’ve been flicking through my favourite veggie cookbooks, and I asked the two healthiest people out there, Ella Woodward and Natasha Corrett what they’ll be cooking.
Deliciously Ella said ‘what a hard question, maybe something easy, like the perfect stir fry‘.
Honestly Healthy’s Natasha Corrett said she’s going to be starting the week with her scrumptious vegetarian lasagne.
