I’m completely reeling after the most exciting and inspirational morning. After dropping the children at school I travelled down to the beautiful Petersham Nurseries to enjoy my second breakfast of the day with Rude Health.

Rude Health put together the most incredible group of interesting, energising and motivating people with just one topic on their lips – healthy eating for kids! #EatRightKids. They partnered up with the most amazing company, Quince Organic who make organic hot school meals in north London. The point of the meeting today was to discuss the eating habits, not only of our children, but of people today, and one of the most important things that people are debating was processed food versus a healthy, hot meal.

We talked about how one can make the right choices and how we can educate people of today into making the right choices for themselves and their children.

Rude Health is a company that I’m extremely fond of, and my fridge is always overflowing with delicious dairy free milks and more often than not, I start the day with a very quick bowl of Rude Health muesli. I hear through the grapevine that we’re to stay tuned as there might be a mini muesli on the scene soon. I can’t wait to see what Rude is going to come up with next, and I hope we can all help in our own way to get our children eating well. It seems to be as though we’re in the middle of a healthy food revolution and we just need to keep pushing.
