I took the kids to watch the street performers in Covent Garden today and popped in to Sophie’s Steakhouse for a quick lunch. It was just the ticket, helpful staff and service with a smile.

They rushed over with high chairs armed with colouring and crayons and the most delicious children’s menu, which I was informed is always free every Sunday. The kids had milkshakes and meatballs and devoured every last bit.

The food for grown ups is always delicious, with something for everyone, healthy or naughty. They have a no bookings policy but if you get there before the rush, you’ll find plenty of space.

Thumbs up for Sophie’s Steak House!
