Everyone around me seems to be talking about ‘mindfulness’ and meditation, so I asked Kristy to do a bit of research on what’s on offer when it comes to meditation apps. There are certainly lots to choose from, and I’m definitely going to be giving them a whirl in the run up to Christmas. It’s such a stressful time, and if you can literally grab 10 minutes to yourself for a bit of guided meditation, it’s a great way to kick off a bit of calm. I’ve used Andy Puddicombe’s app Headspace, and I try and do it with the kids if I need to get them calm for bed. It’s also something I really want to get in to with my husband, so let us know what you think. Does a bit of meditation help with the old stress levels?
