Chelsea is our local, and boy do we love it! It’s definitely the place to head for a weekend splurge. It’s a real no-brainer, what kid would not love this place? It’s the place to go if you’re a chocoholic… like me. You can even pimp your own pancakes, choosing from their many, many delicious mouth watering toppings.
