If you’re pregnant, after around 20 weeks you might find you start struggling to sleep. Research shows it’s best to sleep on your left side where possible, which increases the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Support your bump by keeping your legs bent and wedge a pillow between your knees and underneath your bump. You may also find you need back support, and after a while, using your spare bedroom pillows to prop you up is near on impossible.
Check out this collection of our favourite pregnancy pillows designed to help you get into a more comfortable position at night. The u-shape pillows provide both front and back support in one. It’s worth noting that some of these pregnancy pillows double up as nursing pillows, giving you a lot of value for money, with no need to buy twice. Sweet dreams!
