- Chopped mango – as much of it as you like
- Strawberries – a handful
- Rolled porrage oats – 3 tablespoons
- Bee pollen – 1 teaspoon
- Chia seeds (soaked in water) – 1 tablespoon
- Maca powder – 1 teaspoon – switch this up a bit, sometimes use maca, sometimes lucuma, sometime acai…
- Coconut water – 1 330ml
- A dash of fruit juice – optional, if not sweet enough
