Okay, so if you’re like me and find it a struggle to get a good breakfast in the bellies of some of your children, then look no further – this smoothie is the ultimate answer!

  • Chopped mango – as much of it as you like
  • Strawberries – a handful
  • Rolled porrage oats – 3 tablespoons
  • Bee pollen – 1 teaspoon
  • Chia seeds (soaked in water) – 1 tablespoon
  • Maca powder – 1 teaspoon – switch this up a bit, sometimes use maca, sometimes lucuma, sometime acai…
  • Coconut water – 1 330ml
  • A dash of fruit juice – optional, if not sweet enough
