Lemony Snicket’s Latke at the Roundhouse

A theatrical performance of Lemony Snicket’s funny story of the adventures of a potato pancake – yes really.

Fingerprint Art in Islington & Hampstead

Illustrator Marion Deuchars creates fantastic art for kids which is simple, imaginative and great fun. She is hosting a Christmas themed workshop with ideas from her new Fingerprint Art book at two locations of Cass Art over the weekend. We love the huge Islington shop and challenge anyone to leave without a bagful of fantastic art supplies.

The House Where Winter Lives in E15

Punchdrunk create amazing, location specific theatrical experiences for grown-ups and we cannot wait to see the magical adventure they have come up with for little ones. Westfield Stratford is just over the road for snacks and shopping with an ice rink and special holiday events too. Day sorted.

Scandinavian Baking in Clerkenwell

Trine Hahnemann, the Scandinavian ‘Nigella’ is running a wonderful baking workshop for kids and parents to create gingerbread villages and gorgeous treats as pressies to wrap up (if they last that long). A half-day class which ones shall depart smiling, smelling of Christmas and with the benefit of no mess at home.

A Most Curious Kids Fair in E2

If you are after unique and quirky pressies don’t miss this wonderful fair. Design-led products sold by a selection of hand chosen exhibitors selling everything from beautiful kids clothes, illustrations, vintage collectables, home-wares and toys. There is a grotto for kiddies and Christmas crafting to keep them happy and busy. No charge under 16s.
