How To Get A Good Night’s Sleep During Pregnancy: Best Sleeping Positions

I’m sure like most pregnant women you are finding it hard to sleep at night? I know that I am! Jamie and I met with sleep expert, Dave Gibson who gave us some great advice on how to get a good night’s sleep during pregnancy. We even hop into my bedroom where he shows me what positions are best to lie in, what you can use pillow-wise to help (I have several!), and how to get out of bed so not to overstretch your loosening tendons or pull any muscles.

Dave has been practising as a Naturopath and Osteopath for over 15 years and he is also a qualified hypnotherapist, providing naturopathic advice across a wide range of conditions to promote good sleep patterns and quality sleep.
