We caught up with Ladies of London star Sophie Stanbury to check out her most recent hair and beauty tips. You can check out her blog here.
My first piece of advice is to maintain a good skincare regime. I swear by Skinesis by Sarah Chapman and I use her whole range of products, from the cleanser, toner, re-surfacer, and their selection of anti-ageing creams. Their overnight facial is also brilliant, and I have a regular facials at Sarah Chapman’s boutique.
I use Aveda and Kèrastase hair products, and my top tip is to not wash your hair too much. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week, and in between I use dry shampoo and heated rollers which are a godsend. In between shampoos, to get salon finished hair, spray in your dry shampoo, put heated rollers in for 10 minutes you have perfect blow-dry look in record time with no washing.
When I do wash my hair I use Aveda scalp benefits and Kèrastase hair mask condition which puts back all the nutrients. Just before I blow dry I use a big dollop of Morocccon hair oil which I smooth all over my hair to get a lovely shine and glow.

Regular cut and colour is important – keep on top of your hair cut means it’s a lot easier to style. Having a few layers cut in makes the world of difference. I have my hair cut at Have that done at Nyumba. I found colour helps give my hair body, and the high and low lights gives an illusion of thicker and glossier hair.
