• 1 x Sticky Toffee Pud in a Mug sachet
  • 60ml semi-skimmed milk (approx. 4tbsp)
  • 1 x scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tsp salted caramel sauce


  1. Pour the milk into a 250ml mug, and then add the contents of the Sticky Toffee Pud in a Mug sachet. Stir together until smooth
  2. Microwave on full power for 50 seconds, ensuring a sticky toffee sauce is left at the bottom of the mug
  3. Add the scoop of ice cream to the top of the pud and then drizzle the salted caramel sauce over the top to serve
