The Easiest Sticky Toffee Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 x Sticky Toffee Pud in a Mug sachet
- 60ml semi-skimmed milk (approx. 4tbsp)
- 1 x scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 tsp salted caramel sauce
Method:
- Pour the milk into a 250ml mug, and then add the contents of the Sticky Toffee Pud in a Mug sachet. Stir together until smooth
- Microwave on full power for 50 seconds, ensuring a sticky toffee sauce is left at the bottom of the mug
- Add the scoop of ice cream to the top of the pud and then drizzle the salted caramel sauce over the top to serve
