I am not a bit fan of giving kids Easter eggs. Not because I am a kill joy and that they shouldn’t eat chocolate. More because they get too many Easter eggs and more often than not, they sit forgot on a shelf. Instead, I like to make them a cute little Easter treat box and put a few mini eggs in there. My charges always love getting them. I can guarantee that the eggs are eaten very quickly. Plus, they normally keep the little boxes until they get fall apart.
Make sure you follow my Easter board on Pinterest for more ideas. Don’t forget to save the Pin for later.
It took a while to get the design correct, but I made it into a free downloadable pdf for you. All you need to do is print it and cut it out.
Next trace around it onto a paper you like and cut that out.
Fold up each side, this will make it easier to put together.
Decorate your front side. I used other bits of card to do that, but you could use what ever you like.
Fold three of the sides together, fill it with treats, and then close it up with the final side.
