Lamb Chops with an Onion and Rosemary Sauce
Ingredients:
- Lamb chops
- White onion
- Fresh rosemary
- White wine
- Double cream
Method:
- Grill or pan fry the lamb chops for 4-5 mins each side (for a medium finish)
- Dice up a white onion and add to a pot with a little olive oil and butter then fry slowly until soft
- Add some fresh rosemary and then deglaze with a little white wine
- When wine has reduced by half add double cream
- Bring to the boil and simmer until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon
- Serve and enjoy
