• Lamb chops
  • White onion
  • Fresh rosemary
  • White wine
  • Double cream


  1. Grill or pan fry the lamb chops for 4-5 mins each side (for a medium finish)
  2. Dice up a white onion and add to a pot with a little olive oil and butter then fry slowly until soft
  3. Add some fresh rosemary and then deglaze with a little white wine
  4. When wine has reduced by half add double cream
  5. Bring to the boil and simmer until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon
  6. Serve and enjoy
