London Model Mummy Juste J Shares Fashion Tips, Skincare Secrets And Her Essential Products For A New Arrival

The Stokke Xplory is a fashion-forward stroller popular with in-the-know parents who seek exceptional products and solutions when it comes to their little ones.  The Stokke Xplory X is the pushchair’s newest incarnation, and having made its much-awaited debut earlier this year, has already been awarded the prestigious “Red Dot: Best of the Best” design award 2021. We caught up with long-time Xplory fan Juste Juozapaityte to ask just why the Xplory is so special to her, and why she’s excited about using the Stokke Xplory X with her new baby.

Juste Juozapaityte is a Lithuanian born model, social media influencer and entrepreneur based in London. Best known for being a finalist on Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model, Presenting Fashion TV channel and holding one of the titles of Miss Lithuania ’07, Juste is the founder of Alitasa, a functional water company.

You’re a busy working mother, what’s a typical working day like for you and your family?

Normally we wake up all together around 7 am to have breakfast while my husband is getting ready to go to work. Then we spend the afternoon playing, learning and drawing with Florence. She usually has a nap around 12 pm for a few hours, that’s when I have time to squeeze in my most important work emails, calls and other tasks. When Florence wakes up, we have lunch together and go to the playground and just hang out while I am working with one eye and keeping her occupied with another.

Most evenings we wait for my husband to arrive home for dinner as we love to eat together and catch up on the day. Mike and Florence love to have daddy and daughter time in the bath before bedtime and it means I get to have a minute to myself.

What are your favourite things to do with the family to keep active and healthy?

Every weekend we go out for a walk to our favourite Knole Park. Florence loves feeding and watching deers. We take bikes or a scooter along. Mike is passionate about football so any opportunity to kick a ball with Florence! Now that we are able to go places, we started swimming every Sunday and love to go to local animal farms to feed the animals.

We are not a crazy healthy family but we do try to get our five a day every day and avoid snacking too much. Florence is probably the only child who absolutely loves broccoli and asparagus and any other veg or fruit so it’s not a difficult task.

As a huge Stokke fan, what three things do you love most about your Xplory?

When I saw Xplory for the first time, I knew that it was the one! Firstly, I loved how unique and beautiful it is. Once I got to use it, I fell in love with the little details that Stokke has obviously thought about. From height adjustable handles (I am 6ft tall and my grandma is 5ft and Xplory works perfectly for both of us!), to a seamlessly attachable canopy and all the other accessories that just look in place! Thirdly, the quality! Florence is already two and our Xplory has seen lots of bangs and spills and scratches but it still looks like new! It hasn’t faded after multiple washes, and after a good wipe down it still looks great.

Where are your top three places to adventure with the Stokke Xplory?

At first glance, the Stokke Xplory might look like just another city-only pushchair, but we have been places with it! From dog walks in woodlands, to Southwold beach to see grandparents and of course London Zoo, to see lots of animals!

What are your other must-have Stokke products?

Besides loving the Stokke Xplory, I could not imagine life without the Stokke Tripp Trapp Chair! From birth until this very day Florence uses it daily, it is truly a chair for life.

You’re expecting! How do you think life might change as a family of four?

We are extremely excited to welcome a second baby girl into our family! I know it won’t be any easier, but we are sure Florence will be an amazing big sister! We have registered Florence to preschool from September so that gives me a little bit more time to manage a newborn and get into a routine while keeping Florence busy and learning at the same time. But at the end of the day, we are a strong team as a family and another member of the family will only bring more joy and adventure!

Now that lockdown measures are easing, what are you most looking forward to doing as a family this summer?

Holiday! We cannot wait to go away. Like many people, we booked a holiday last year but it was cancelled and we moved dates to this summer. It will be the first time Florence travels on a plane as a toddler so we are prepared for a flight with Jet Kids ride-on suitcase! We are looking forward to making lots of friends! As Florence was not part of any kids’ group, we missed out on making friendships and playing with kids so we are looking forward to joining as many classes and groups as we can this summer.

What are your three skincare tips for our readers?

  • Always remove your makeup before bed
  • Choose natural products. There are so many amazing quality brands out there that are vegan, paraben-free, silicone-free etc. Why put chemicals on your skin just for the sake of it?!
  • Use SPF every day for your whole family!

What are your three must-have wardrobe staples?

When I have one of those “I have nothing to wear” days, these three things always save my day!

  • Trendy white pair of sneakers. Will look nice with jeans or a dress and are super comfortable to run after your toddler!

  • Wrap dress. For any occasion, any time of the day a nice mid-length wrap dress will look perfect! Just sexy enough for a party, dressed up enough for a meeting and casual enough for a school run!
  • Investment handbag. Treat yourself to a classic and timeless handbag! One of my go-to bags is my Louis Vuitton Tote. It fits my life in it! I use it as a laptop bag, shopping bag, snacks and nappy bag and it still as fashionable as it was seven years ago when I bought it.
