This lovely, healthy, light dish is perfect at a summer dinner or as a quick lunch when pushed for time


  • Fresh Tuna Steak
  • Avocado
  • Tomato
  • Red Onion
  • Lime
  • Chilli


  1. Take the tuna steak and season on both sides with a little salt and pepper and a rub of olive oil
  2. Grill the fish on each side for 3 minutes
  3. Slice the tomato, avocado and red onion and arrange the tomato in a circle on the plate with a little chilli on then place the red onion and avocado on top
  4. Finally add the tuna and finish with a squeeze of lime
