Digital Weaning Course, Charlotte Stirling-Reed

Baby and child nutritionist Charlotte Stirling-Reed, knows that babies don’t come with an instruction manual, and that’s why she’s launched her complete digital weaning course.

Charlotte’s practical and interactive course takes parents through the entire journey from beginning to end. Designed to reassure and remove anxiety, it’s split into friendly, approachable and affordable modules which parents can follow step-by-step at their baby’s own pace.

Starting weaning can feel overwhelming for many parents and carers. With so much to learn (when and how should I start?) and so many approaches to choose from (baby-led weaning or spoon feeding?), it can feel difficult to know where to begin. In this complete digital course, Charlotte guides you through each and every stage of your baby’s transition to solids with video tutorials, demos, downloadable resources, recipes and live access to Charlotte.

Once finished, you’ll feel confident in your choices and ready to wean your baby safely and successfully.
