Introducing the NEW Magic InBra™: Medela’s Breakthrough In Hands-Free Pumping

We all know that parenthood is magical… and we’re not gonna lie, completely exhausting. Between 3am feeds, school runs, and trying to remember where you left your coffee (again), finding a pump that actually works for your life and your body can seem like an impossible task. Fear not. Enter the Magic InBra™, Medela’s most advanced wearable breast pump yet, just launched at John Lewis.

The Magic InBra™ is discreet, it’s powerful, it fits in your bra, and yes, it was designed with over 60 years of lactation science behind it. Medela are the experts, after all.

This isn’t just a pump. It’s a science-backed support system disguised as tech-savvy wizardry. We break it down.

Magic InBra™: A Wearable Wonder

At the heart of the Magic InBra™ is Medela’s brand-new FluidFeel™ Technology. Developed through extensive research on breast anatomy and infant feeding behavior, this innovation allows warm milk to circulate around the nipple—creating a comforting, natural-feeling environment clinically shown to improve milk flow. Translation? More milk, less fuss.

Smart sensors adjust suction to your individual flow and prevent leaks (because no one wants to explain a soggy shirt at Monkey Music), while ultra-slim anatomical cups featuring Medela’s signature 105° breast shields provide a perfect fit and superior comfort.

It’s Hospital-Grade, Minus the Hospital

If you’ve ever used the Medela Symphony® in a maternity ward, you’ll know it’s the gold standard. We’re talking next-level gear. (Having had months of personal experience with this powerhouse!) The Magic InBra™ delivers a similar pumping rhythm, with none of the wires, noise, or bulk. It’s silent, leakproof, and weighs just 200g.

And bonus: it lights up, so you can express in the dark without blinding your baby with the torch on your phone.

Smart Meets Stylish

With up to two hours of battery life supporting 8 complete pumping sessions, app-controlled pumping, and even caregiver tracking via the Medela Family™ app, this is modern pumping for modern parenting. Track your milk, manage your stash, and get evidence-based tips at your fingertips, anytime.

Pumping doesn’t have to mean hiding out with a wall plug and a tangle of tubes. With the Magic InBra™, Medela has created a pump that adapts to your body, your life, and your 2am schedule—because you deserve a little magic, too.

The Magic InBra™ launched on 20th May, exclusively at John Lewis. RRP: £369.00

Nala's Dream by Taylan Kurtul

Nala’s Dream is a magical children’s story with an incredibly poignant story behind it. It was first imagined by five-year-old Taylan Kurtul, who dreamed up an adventure in which his real-life kitten, Nala, travels into space. Taylan sadly died in February 2024, just eight months after being diagnosed with a medulloblastoma brain tumour. His mum lovingly brought the story he created to life as a book in his memory, celebrating Taylan’s wonderful imagination while raising vital funds for Brain Tumour Research. A beautiful legacy filled with adventure, love and a little boy’s magic.
