My Baba Measure: What’s Hot This Week

From a changing bag hoodie and kids’ adventure wear to a luxurious bassinet to a Bonpoint collaboration, here’s what the My Baba team are loving this week.

Prepare to ditch the changing bag — The Dad Hoodie

Don’t get me wrong, there are some pretty slick changing bags on the market for dads. But what if your fella could ditch the bag altogether? The Dad Hoodie packs all the changing essentials into the pockets of a jacket. Six inside pockets give you space for a phone, two nappies, a baby bottle, wipes and dummies. There isn’t space for a week’s worth of changing supplies but enough to have on hand while you go about your day.

Dreams of luxury — The Aristot

Made from only the finest materials available, The Aristot takes luxury nursery design to the next level. Designed by Lisa Furuland, the creator of the Sleepyhead, there are four options of bassinet and pedestal to suit the aesthetic you’re looking for. The Aristot isn’t exclusively for baby as it can be transformed into an adult piece of furniture with a conversion piece once your baby has grown out of it, making it into a treasured family heirloom.

Roarsome adventure wear — Dinoski’s Crowdfunding Campaign

Children’s winter wear shouldn’t be boring. Dinoski hit the slopes last year with vibrant, adorable and seriously cool skiwear for kids. The animal-themed onesies, including Spike the dinosaur, Cub the lion and Hop the bunny, have been a huge hit since the launch. Now, Dinoski is looking to take things to the next level and become the no.1 children’s adventure brand worldwide.

Nuna has just hit peak sophistication with the unveiling of its Oxford collection. The coolest collaboration: IZIPIZI x Bonpoint

What happens when an iconic French fashion house teams up with an always on-trend glasses brand like IZIPIZI? You get an effortlessly cool collection of vibrant and elegant shades to see the whole family through the summer. Each pair offers optimum protection from UV rays through a selection of mirrored or darkened lenses. In particular, we like that the #Sun baby styles have straight arms that can adapt to your baby’s growth.

Heelys Rolls Into Spring With New Collection

Heelys, the original two-in-one wheely shoe launched in 2000, is preparing for the upcoming Easter holidays with its new spring collection. Ideal for encouraging an active, healthy lifestyle, the stylish designs will ensure kids (big and small) will roll through the holidays with ease.

The collection consists of 19 designs, including three brand new Heelys shapes: Reserve Ex, Reserve Low and Pro 20 Half Flood. The Reserve Ex has a basketball shoe style, while the Reserve Low and Pro 20 Half Flood tap into the current Y2K trend for an extra chunky sole.

Match your Heelys to your mood, with designs split across two main aesthetics – a darker colour scheme vs. a lighter, spring-inspired palette. Think camouflage print, graffiti text and paint drips contrasting with pastel colours, tie-dye, metallic laces, foil and rainbow print.

Available in the UK and Europe on the Heelys website and retailers, the collection is available in sizes C12-7 across single or two-wheeled styles. RRPs range from £49.99 to £69.99.
