Baby food pouches are a great way to introduce new flavours into your baby’s diet, as well as ensuring they’re getting the right amount of nutrients. However, some fruit and veg blend pouches aren’t clearly labelled with what percentages of each ingredient they contain, meaning some are often very heavy on fruit for sweetness.
