Did you know that May is national walking month and 16th-20th May is Walk to School Week! Sadly, according to the National Travel Survey the number of children walking to school is declining, so we have joined up with Start-Rite Shoes to help inspire more families to give it a go.
We understand that many children are unable to walk to school, perhaps due to distance or the safety of the roads around the school. If this is your situation, can you park up a little further from the school gate than usual and walk the last few minutes? We are sure you will feel great for doing it!
