New podcast alert! Why Is Sugar So Addictive?

Our latest podcast has landed! Why is sugar so addictive and what damage is it doing to our children is the hot topic this week. Leonora is joined by Lizzie King, nutritionist and founder of Lizzie Loves Healthy to talk about the sweet spot, healthier alternatives and whether the damage of eating sugar in our own childhoods is reversible. Listen up: KidZania’s Call Out Bullying campaign

The kids’ indoor city KidZania is hosting bullying prevention rallies in conjunction with WWE NEXT UK Superstars and the NSPCC to teach young people that bullying is never acceptable. The campaign, taking place Saturday 29th June in Westfield Shepherds Bush, will help children understand about the different types of bullying, the steps to take if they or someone they know is being bullied and help parents recognise the warning signs.

Postnatal fitness: Jessica Ennis’s fitness app

The Jessica Ennis fitness app provides advice and exercise videos for women at all stages of their life, whether it’s regular exercise, staying fit during pregnancy or building strength post birth, Jess covers all areas. All of the sessions can be done at home and provide 20-to-30 minute bursts of exercise. We spoke to Jess to find out more about her exercise regime and how it’s helped her build her workout videos.
